When you provide personal information to us, through our website, by phone or by fax, we will validate your details, such as your name, address, and where applicable, credit card number & expiry date. Some of this information is essential for us to be able to accurately identify who is using our services and as such is mandatory. We value your trust and your information will be held in strictest confidence. Any information you provide to us will not be shared, sold or rented to others. Protecting your information is our priority. We use a secure server with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. SSL encrypts all information transmitted between your computer and the server before it is sent to us.

Where we request payment via the internet, it will ALWAYS be via a secure server, identified with the beginning of the URL being ‘https://’ and the lock at the bottom of the browser window being locked.

If you do not want to use the online ordering feature, No Problem, we will gladly take your order over the phone or by fax. Please have the item number, quantity, color, price date of event and credit card information ready and call us at 613-841-8533. Send us the information by fax 613-841-8855 and we will follow up with a phone call for payment information.
